The Perinatal Loss Centre's Therapist Register is a courtesy facility to enhance access to counselling support in Australia, for parents who have experienced perinatal loss.

Therapists listed
  • Have completed the online course through COPE, "Perinatal Loss in Practice: What Therapists Need to Know". Therapists have completed the assessments in this course, and have provided their certificate of completion to The Perinatal Loss Centre prior to receiving their listing on this site.
  • Therapists are Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Mental Health Nurses, Psychotherapists, or Counsellors and are registered with at least one governing body such as AHPRA, AASW, ACMHN, PACFA, ACA.
  • Therapists have provided their registration number for their governing body. It is incumbent on the therapist to notify The Perinatal Loss Centre if their registration lapses. If this occurs, the therapist's listing will be removed from the site.
  • Therapists have provided their contact details, and are responsible for the currency of their information.
